e years later, before some victims of the last flood have fully recovered, the river decided to pay another visit compliments of Hurricane Lee. There has been no aid from the gov't yet and their resources are stretched. The area is rural and far from wealthy, at least financially. They are rich in the things that count. This is a time for those of us who are givers, to give. If you can help with a contribution I am sure it will be used immediately and effectively. Ninevah Presbyterian and other community churches are providing food water and essentials to displaced families. All of that costs money and they don't have enough. Sara told us that prices for these essentials has skyrocketed.
